Rich, sweet, chocolate truffles that are also healthy do exist! And they require only a few simple ingredients and a small effort to make. They are the perfect any time treat.
Even though they are quite healthy I would still recommend enjoying them in moderation!
1 cup natural almonds
1/2 cup prune or date puree (* I used Bonvit Prune Puree; $5.25 for a 375g jar from a health food shop.)
1 tblsp cocoa powder
